49 yo. Health care professional. felt sick, thursty,peeing alot. sitting at church sunday morning. went to the hospital with chest pains. Admitted with blood sugar 860, was told i was in critical condition. sent home with prescriptions that cost over 200.00. have no insurance, job doesn't ofer it nor do they offer sick pay or vacation pay. I'm in need of services for assistance.
